Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS: I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully require 48 hour notice for cancelations or changes to avoid being charged. If the notice is 48 hours or less you will be charged 25% of the cost of the service scheduled. If the notice is 24 hours or less you will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. No refunds will be given. NO CALL/NO SHOWS: If you do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. No call / no shows will not be able to schedule with me again. No refunds will be given and no exceptions made. TARDINESS: To book I have a 15 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please text me to let me know. With communication we can discuss if there is time for your appointment or if we need to adjust the services. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 50% the cost of the services scheduled. NO REFUNDS: All services are non-refundable. No exceptions. Your satisfaction is my top priority. If unsatisfied, please take advantage of my adjustment policy REQUESTING ADJUSTMENTS: Prior to services we will go over a thorough consultation. If something needs to be adjusted please notify me as soon as possible to avoid paying for additional services. Color services have 3 days to request adjustments Extension services have 7 days to request adjustments CONFIRMATION TEXT: 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a reminder text which you will need to reply to. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee. CREDIT CARD REQUIRED: A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We require 24 hours notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation I reserve the right to and will charge the credit card on file. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS / CHILDREN / ANIMALS: For the safety and sanitation of our guests, I do not allow children, animals or additional guests without an appointment at the salon.
